VOCAL TRAINING with Mark Burnell
Mark has taught voice for over 25 years. His studio in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood includes a Steinway grand, a recording studio, an extensive music library, sound system, and an acoustic-friendly room to sing in.
He has played thousands of auditions, hosted open mics, music directed theatre shows, accompanied cabaret shows, showcases and concerts, and served on clinics and competitions. An accomplished professional vocalist and pianist, Mark has toured Europe several times, recorded many CDs, and has sung the National Anthem for the Chicago White Sox, Cubs, and Bulls. In September of 2009, he was one of 16 master teachers at the International Cabaret Conference at Yale.
